Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and clients may need to cancel the appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. This will enable us to provide that time slot to other clients and also ensure our staff roster is managed within a reasonable and acceptable time frame.

Deposits

When booking in your first clean (in advance) we do require a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your clean outside of the 24hr notice policy, your deposit will be forfeited.

All End of Lease cleaned are required to pay a deposit to secure the date of your clean.
